Belle Femme Lingerie is one of the STARS BEST SHOP AWARDS REVEAL FINALISTS IN 2015
Underlines Magazine, organisers of Stars Best Shop Awards, in conjunction with headline sponsor LYCRA® (a trademark of INVISTA), has announced that Belle Femme Lingerie boutique in Kilkenny, Ireland is one of 94 finalists that have made it through to this year’s Awards being held on Thursday 12th November at the UnderGlobe in Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, London. Belle Femme Lingerie was nominated in the ‘Personal Touch’ category. A total of 460 nominations were put forward by 24 leading brands* of lingerie, swimwear and legwear and finalists are drawn from all parts of the UK and Ireland.
This 7th edition of Stars will see the presentation of 12 national retail awards and a Supplier of the Year Award (which is voted on by the retailers and etailers). The Awards include: Best Newcomer, Best Concept Shop, Best Independent Department Store, Best Department/Chain Store, Best Specialist Etailer, Best Multi-Sector Etailer, Personal Touch, Reference Shop, Legwear Retailer of the Year (sponsored by Pretty Polly & Aristoc Hosiery), Special Care Recognition Award (sponsored by Anita), Editor’s Choice and Excellence & Outstanding Achievement.
Stars is unique in the UK retail award scene as stores, shops and etail sites cannot nominate themselves but are put forward by the brands on the jury: it is by reputation, good business practice and good service that the outlets gain a place on the finalist roster. The event draws together every sector of retailing in the UK and Ireland and other sponsors include Eurovet (Organisers of Mode City Paris and Salon International), Wacoal Europe and After Eden with support from the Fashion Association of Britain and Moda Lingerie & Swimwear Shows.
Winners of this year’s Awards will be revealed at the Gala Ceremony on 12th November and as well as trophies the winners have a chance to win a trip to Paris, a overnight stay at a luxurious Eden Spa, one year’s membership of Fashion Association of Britain and all expenses paid trip to Moda Lingerie & Swimwear, the national trade event.
